Welcome to List Perfectly! 🎉 We’re excited to help you start your selling journey. This guide will walk you through every step to set up your account and begin managing and crosslisting your listings with ease.

✅ Step 1: Install the List Perfectly Extension

The List Perfectly Extension connects your browser to all your selling platforms. You’ll need it to import and crosslist listings.
​

How to Install:

  1. Go to the List Perfectly Extension page in the Chrome Web Store.

  2. Click Install.

  3. When a pop-up appears, click Add to Chrome, then confirm by selecting Add Extension.

  4. Once the extension is installed, pin it for easy access:

    • Click the puzzle icon (🔧) in your Chrome toolbar.

    • Find List Perfectly in the list and click the pin icon 📌 next to it.

🔗 Step 2: Connect Your Marketplaces

Now you’ll connect the sites you sell on, like eBay, Poshmark, or Mercari.
​

How to Connect:

  1. In List Perfectly, click on the Connection Wizard.

  2. Choose the marketplaces you want to connect.

  3. Make sure you're logged in to each site in your browser.

  4. List Perfectly will connect automatically—no passwords required.

🛍 Step 3: Set Your Primary Marketplace & Import Listings

Pick the site where you have the most active listings. This will be your Primary Marketplace. List Perfectly will pull your listings from this site into your Catalog.

How to Import:

  1. Choose your Primary Marketplace (like eBay).

  2. Click Start Import.

  3. Your listings will begin loading into your List Perfectly Catalog.

💡 If you don’t have listings on your marketplaces yet, or don’t want to import, you can skip this step.

📥 Step 4: Monitor the Import Process

As soon as the import starts, you’ll see listings gathering into your Catalog.
​

How to Check Progress:

  • Go to your Catalog to see listings as they appear.

  • Click Bulk Import Progress to see how things are going.

  • You’ll get a notification when everything is finished.

📝 You can still use List Perfectly while importing happens in the background.
