Onboard fast with List Perfectly

Welcome to List Perfectly! Once you’ve signed up, getting started takes just a couple of minutes. Follow the steps below to set up your account and start managing your listings with ease.

✅ Step 1: Install the List Perfectly Extension

  1. Click “Install” on the List Perfectly extension page.

  2. Then click “Add to Chrome” and confirm by selecting “Add Extension.”

  3. Once added, you’ll see a prompt with instructions to pin the extension for easy access:

    • Click the puzzle icon in your Chrome toolbar.

    • Click the pin icon next to the List Perfectly extension.
      ​


🔗 Step 2: Connect Your Marketplaces

  1. Click on the Connection Wizard.

  2. Select the marketplaces you want to connect. For example:

    • eBay

    • Poshmark

    • Mercari

  3. Make sure you’re logged into those marketplaces in your browser.

  4. List Perfectly will automatically connect—no password sharing required.
    ​


🛍 Step 3: Set Your Primary Marketplace & Import Listings

  1. Choose your primary marketplace (e.g., eBay).

  2. Click Start Import to begin pulling your active listings into List Perfectly.

💡 If you don’t have listings on a marketplace or don’t want to import them, feel free to skip this step.

đŸ“„ Step 4: Monitor the Import Process

  • You’ll see listings begin to gather and the import process will start automatically.

  • While it’s running, you can continue with other tasks.

  • Go to your Catalog to see imported listings.

  • Click on Bulk Import Progress at any time to check the status.

  • Once the process is complete, you’ll get a notification.

🎉 That’s It — You’re Ready!

Your account is now set up and your listings are imported into List Perfectly’s catalog. You’re ready to start managing, crosslisting, and growing your business!
