✅ Step 1: Install the List Perfectly Extension
The onboarding widget will first guide you through installing the List Perfectly Extension.
The List Perfectly Extension connects your browser to your marketplaces and powers features like importing, crosslisting, and linking listings.
🔌 How to Install the Extension
In the onboarding widget, select: Install Extension
Choose either: Beta Version or Current Version
You will be taken to the Chrome Web Store.
Click: Add to Chrome
Confirm by clicking: Add Extension
After installation, you will see instructions for pinning the extension.
📌 Even if you are using Microsoft Edge, you will still select Add to Chrome to install the extension in your browser.
📌 How to Pin the Extension
Pinning keeps the extension easy to access while you work.
Click the puzzle piece icon 🧩 in your browser toolbar.
Find List Perfectly in the list.
Click the pin icon 📌 next to it.

📵 Important Note
The extension only works on desktop and laptop computers.
Extensions do not work on mobile devices.
🔗 Step 2: Connect Your Marketplaces
Next, the onboarding widget will help you connect the marketplaces where you already sell.
Examples:
eBay
Poshmark
Mercari
Etsy
Depop
And more supported marketplaces

🔗 How to Connect Marketplaces
In the onboarding widget, open the:
Connection WizardSelect the marketplaces you want to connect.
Make sure you are already logged into those marketplaces in your browser.
List Perfectly will connect automatically.

🛍 Step 3: Set Your Primary Marketplace & Import Listings
After connecting your marketplaces, the onboarding widget will guide you through importing your listings.
Choose the marketplace where you currently have the most active listings. This becomes your Primary Marketplace during onboarding.
List Perfectly will then begin importing listings from that marketplace into your Catalog.

📦 How to Import Listings
In the onboarding widget, choose your: Primary Marketplace
Click: Start Import
Your listings will begin importing into your List Perfectly Catalog automatically.
💡 Best Practice
We recommend starting with the marketplace where you currently have the majority of your listings.
Once imported, you can use your Catalog to crosslist items to additional marketplaces quickly.
⏭ Skip Option
If you do not have listings yet, or do not want to import right now, you can skip this step and create listings manually later.
📥 Step 4: Monitor the Import Process
As soon as the import starts, your listings will begin appearing inside your Catalog.
📋 How to Check Import Progress
Open your: Catalog
Watch listings appear as they import.
Click: Bulk Import Progress to monitor import progress and status.
You will receive a notification when the import is complete.
💡 Good to Know
✅ You can continue using List Perfectly while importing happens in the background.
✅ Large imports may take some time depending on how many listings you have.
❗ If Your Import Stops or Gets Interrupted
If your import pauses, stops, or onboarding gets interrupted:
Return to the onboarding widget: 👉 Continue Onboarding
Start the import process again.
Select the: Only Import New Listings checkbox before restarting the import.
✅ This helps prevent listings that already imported successfully from being imported again.

Your account is now set up and your listings are imported into your List Perfectly Catalog.
